Miss Njau is a polite, friendly and sociable person who can coordinate the flow of paperwork around an office, and provide administrative support of the highest caliber. She keeps a cool head in busy, complex circumstances within the firm and is the kind of person who inspires others to work to their optimum. She has the kind of solid office administration experience under her belt that has allowed her to make an impact from day one in this reputable law firm since she joined in 2012. Her key skills include; monitoring office operations, enforcing office protocols and implementing new administrative systems.
She undertakes a range of functions to make sure the administrative activities within the firm run smoothly and is an energetic and passionate leader who can comfortably manage people, processes, and technology. Throughout her career she has consistently demonstrated good judgement and can be relied upon to effectively carry out a range of administrative and clerical duties.

Miss Njau gets great pleasure in creating order from administrative chaos and from implementing smooth office processes. She comfortably works to complete critical deadlines, juggling workloads and critically, enjoys being busy. As a true professional she undertakes all manner of non-core tasks in the support of her wider secretariat responsibilities. In her present role she is primarily responsible for planning and implementing the office layout and seating arrangements. Her immediate superiors, the partners, have commended her for bridging the gap between different law divisions to ensure that lines of communication remain fluid.
